The Swiss IT Performance consulting leader Sword Performance Solutions merges with the ALTERSIS Group to become the largest IT Performance Company in EMEA.

Basel, April 20, 2018 – Sword Performance Solutions, an EMEA leader in Performance Engineering, has announced today that it has joined the ALTERSIS Group. Under this agreement, Sword Performance (formerly known as adhoc International) joins its forces with ALTERSIS, a successful Management & Technology consulting firm that has established a strong reputation in several areas amongst including Test Management & Quality Assurance and is continuing the expansion of its international network in the field of digital services.

The integration of the Sword Performance Solutions allows the ALTERSIS Group to strengthen its positioning on Performance through ‘know-how’ of a pure player in consulting, architecture and strategy advisory and IT systems. These offerings will be focused in a new global entity within the group: ALTERSIS Performance.

Three areas make up the offer issued by ALTERSIS Performance: New Generation Application Performance Management (APM), Performance Engineering and Continuous Quality Assurance for DevOps environments.

The ALTERSIS Group, with its high value-add offering, is now a reference in the sector, having the ability to deliver complete solutions to its customers and further confirms its strategy of external growth with companies that share its values.

Merger and Creation of ALTERSIS Performance

Sword Performance Solutions AG, formerly known as adhoc International, is headquartered in Switzerland (Basel) and has offices in France, Morocco (Rabat) and Tunisia (Monastir and Tunis). The company has 15 years of experience in the world of Performance, providing offers from both a methodological and technological point of view. This merger reinforces the ALTERSIS Group which is now composed of more than 350 engineers and experts and gives the group a greater control of the Performance sector, alongside its subsidiaries SCOPTEAM and VALID’IT, specialized in this field.
